Room for one more?

This is our entry in The Daily Post Daily Prompt: Passenger.

This photo was taken in 2010 as we drove through India’s northwest to visit the cities of the Golden Triangle: Delhi, Agra and Jaipur.  Judging from the size of the young men on the back, this vehicle must be carrying 17 passengers. (There may be more unseen passengers up front with the driver.) Surely there is room for one more.

This photo was taken on November 14, 2010. Specs are: Canon PowerShot SD770 IS, ISO 80, f/2.8, 1/640 sec, 6.2 mm

  1. I was so amazed at the number of people we saw getting in and out of vehicles, or hanging onto vehicles when we were in India. Obviously, there is no seat belt law. 🙂
