Palm Leaves in the Gin Oya — Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge: Leaves or Trees

This is our entry in Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge: Leaves or Trees.

These gorgeous palm leaves were reflected in the Gin Oya (a river in Sri Lanka) as we floated in our small boat just before sunset, watching for birds, monitors, and other creatures in the water, river banks, and sky above.  Sometimes beauty is what you see when you are looking for something else.
