We sometimes felt like we lived in a different century than the places we were visiting. Their lives were as unimaginable to us as ours must be to them. We travel to learn about other ways to live and one can learn a lot about life in Myanmar. (Footnote: I was unable to reply directly to your comment on the oxcart picture in another post. I finally responded as a comment on the picture, so that is where you will find my response.)
