This is our entry in Cee’s Odd Ball Photo Challenge: June 4, 2017.
You never know what you will find on a beach walk. A week ago, this tree, that washed ashore long ago, was just bare branches. Two days ago, a yellow shovel appeared lodged in the tree. By this morning, two pairs of glasses, a lanyard, a whistle, a hairband, and many shells joined the shovel. One pair of glasses, the shovel, and an olive shell formed a face. We appropriated one of the large flat shells and the hairband to add a beanie and tie to the evolving figure. Who knows what he will look like tomorrow?

This photo was taken on June 1, 2017. Specs are:
Olympus TG-4, ISO 100, f/4, 1/640 sec
Wow. A lot of personal affects. In my warped way of thinking I wonder when the body will catch up with its belongings. Great pic

All the parts and the face were already there. We moved a shell to make the beanie, then moved and tied the hairband to make a tie.
