The Color of Saffrun — Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge: Letter S

This is our entry in Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge: Letter S – Colors that start with the Letter S.

Travelers can sometimes be puzzled by ordinary items in foreign countries when the name seems familiar but is just that tiny bit different from what is expected.  This container is labeled NO.1 PURE IRANIAN SAFFRUN 100% NATURAL.  A closer look at the vibrantly colored strands reveals that they are the exotic saffron.
