Candescent Coals Cook Chapati

This is our entry in Lost in Translation’s THURSDAY’S SPECIAL: PICK A WORD IN JANUARY – Y3.

A common street foods in Old Delhi, India, is tandoori roti (also called chapati).  The roti in the photo below is being cooked on the side of the tandoor by the heat of the candescent coals at the bottom.

This photo was taken on October 22, 2014, with an Olympus TG-3 camera.
