Wired in Chawri Bazar

This is our entry in Dutch goes the Photo!’s Tuesday Photo Challenge – Street.

In October 2014, we were guided by Anju on her Old Delhi Bazaar Walk & Haveli Visit in Old Delhi, India. This tour required some climbing to rooftops, where we absorbed the sights, sounds, and smells of everyday life in Old Delhi. Based on the signs on the other side of the street, this is the 3700 block of Chawri Bazar.  We also got a close-up look at the electric wiring, which seems as chaotic as the life in the street below.
