This is our second entry in Lost in Translation’s Thursday’s Special: Pair.
This pair of cobras in a pair of baskets is responding to the movement of a pungi (musical instrument) as a snake charmer plays it in front of them. This little traveling show was set up on a raised sidewalk near Sri Dalada Maligawa (Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic), a Buddhist temple in Kandy, Sri Lanka.
This photo was taken on February 7, 2018. Specs are:
Canon 100D, ISO 100, f/9, 1/50 sec, 50 mm

He he I did not expect to see a pair like this 🙂 I’m flattered by your double submission.
