Celebrating History

This is our entry in Dutch goes the Photo!’s Tuesday Photo Challenge – History.

In late May of this year, these fireworks marked the beginning of Memorial Day Weekend. As we were growing up, the 4th of July fireworks celebrating our country’s Declaration of Independence was a reminder each year of our nation’s great history.  We look forward to celebrating our history again today.
