This is our entry in Cee’s Which Way Photo Challenge – March 23, 2018 & Thursday Special Challenge.
Yesterday we went to Huntley Meadows Park in Alexandria, Virginia, to practice photography; we had not visited this park before. We followed a series of trails through the park, which is still a bit soggy from the recent snow. We were amazed by the Heron Trail, which features a boardwalk through wetland, with its surface about two feet above the surface of the water for most of its length. The photo was taken near the beginning of the boardwalk. The hikers ahead of us have chosen to go left at the first intersection. We did, also; maybe we will chose to go to the right on our next visit.
This photo was taken on March 23, 2018. Specs are:
Canon SL2, ISO 100, f/9.0, 1/200 sec, 71 mm.
Terrific photo for this week. 😀 😀
